I can't figure out how to listen to Replays! What do I do now? 


Check your email inbox for one of the many emails you should have received about the Schedule each morning and the Replays and Takeaways each evening - every email contains links to the Replays Page. If you have deleted all the emails, send a message through the Contact Us page and we will send you the link to that page.


Help!! I paid for the Access Pass but I have misplaced the URL for the Library page. How can I access the files now?


No worries. Just send us a message through the Contact Us page and we will resend that information to you.


I registered, but did not receive a welcome email. Now what?


Please Contact Us with your message and we will look into the problem.


I have a GMail account and I haven't been receiving the daily emails.


Check your Spam filter and also look in the Promotional folder of your GMail inbox. Automated emails are sometimes marked as Spam or Advertising. Also add this email address to your list of contacts on GMail: [email protected] If all else fails, send a message through the Contact Us page and we will help you find another solution.


Will recordings of the interviews be made available?


Yes! With your Free registration to Death Expo you will be able to listen to replays of all interviews online for all 4 days of the Expo (November 13-16, 2014). Links to access the replay pages (organized into 6 Tracks) will be emailed to you each day at 7 am so watch your inbox.


If you'd like to listen after that time, or if you'd like to download high-quality mp3 audio recordings, you may wish to upgrade your registration. To learn more about upgrading to the Access Pass which includes a Bonus Workbook and Resource Book, visit the Access Pass page.



I upgraded my registration with the Access Pass. When will I receive my downloads and bonus workbooks?


You should have received a link to the bonus workbook immediately after you paid for the upgrade. If, for any reason you didn't receive the link or were unable to download it, Contact Us and we will resend it to you. 


You will receive access to download all the mp3 files of the interviews within 24 hours after the end of the event. An email will be sent to the email address you entered when you registered.


Do you have an affiliate program?

I can't get the replays to work on my computer. What can I do?


Here are tips from the Instant Teleseminar Troubleshooting Page for ideas:

Situations like this can be hard to diagnose. First of all, I would recommend you update your flash player from the site:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . Once that is up to date, it may simply take a page reload or a browser restart to get the page to work correctly. I would also recommend using the Firefox browser over any other: www.getfirefox.com , although I do like Chrome as well: www.google.com/chrome . Beyond that, it could also be a problem with the computer itself, as various anti-virus, anti-spyware software, and browser plugins or toolbars can be a bit overprotective, or a problem with the internet connection, since certain proxy and firewall settings can cause issues.
